Wheel Repairs, Builds
As well as the repairs and services listed below I can source custom wheels for the type of riding you want to do. Please contact me for information and suggested suppliers.
Puncture Repairs. £10. Inner Tubes from £5.99

Tubeless Set up. From £20
Broken Spokes. Replaced from £25

Bar Taping or New Grips.
Remove old, fit new. £15
Remove old, clean bars and replace with new to your specifications, or if you prefer I can choose something to suit your bike.
Gears, Transmission, Cables
Bottom Brackets. Fit or Service £20-25
Remove old and fit new or service. Re-grease and clean threads. Retap frame threads if necessary.
Fit new chain. £15
Remove old and fit new and check transmission function with a test ride.
Fit Cassette/Freewheel. £15-£18
Remove old, fit new and reset gears, and test ride for function.
Gear tune Up. £15-£25
Adjust cable tension, set limit screws on both front and rear derailleurs. Index and test ride. Included when bikes are serviced.
Outer Gear Cable Replacement. £10-£20 Depending on Routing & if Outers required
As above but with complete Cable replacement, lubrication, and fine-tune.
Internal Gear Cable Service. £20-35
As above but with complete Cable replacement, inner & Outers, lubrication, and fine-tune.
Internal cables can take a lot more time and patience hence the extra cost.
Brakes - Cable & Hydraulic
Brake Tune Up. £15. Both Front & Rear.
Adjust the blocks, callipers, and cables for optimum stopping performance.
Full Brake Service. £23.
As above but replacing new cables and Outers where required.
Full Brake Service When Cables Internally Routed. From £23-£25.
As above but replacing new cables and Outers where required.
This does take much longer so I do need to charge a little more for this service.
Fit New Pads. £10.
Remove old, fit new. Make necessary adjustments and test ride.
Full Brake Bleed Service. £25 per brake.
Removal of parts at risk of contamination. Bleed brakes according to Manufactures's instructions.
Pads and discs will be inspected for wear and advice given if replacements required.
Headsets and Bottom Brackets
Headset service/replace. From £25
Remove old and fit new or service. Re-grease and clean threads.
Bottom Bracket Service. From £25
Remove cranks, clean or replace. Re-tapping service if necessary.
Complete upgrades or rethinks of your set up. Happy to discuss and help make changes.
Pivot Bearing replace, service.
Full Replacement of all Pivot Bearings.
From £70.
Replacing your frames suspension bearings requires precision tools. I can provide this service and would usually do this if requested when a full service is required. This vastly reduces the overall cost as all components should be removed.
Complete disassembly of frame & suspension shocks, removal and clean frame. Replace with new bearings to manufactures specifications.
Bearings sets. These will be sourced from the manufactures where possible.
Parts not included in above Labour charge, but will be competitively priced.

Suspension Front & Rear Forks
Often overlooked the trusty suspension will need servicing in time.
These specialist parts need expert servicing in a clean dust free environment. For a FULL service I remove the shocks and will use a specialist company's dedicated to shocks servicing. TF Tuned are my favoured specialists.
Fit new Fork. £35.
Remove old fork, crown race and headset components. Refit new fork adjust and set to correct torques.
Fork FULL servicing. £35 removal and refit + the specialist centres cost of service.
High-end forks need high-end servicing. I will safely remove and package your forks and send to TF Tuned the leading experts in Suspension servicing in the UK or other specialists centres.
Basic fork Servicing. £35-£45
Many bicycles are now sold with a basic front suspension option.
I will service these where possible in my workshop changing oil and re setting to make safe.
Repair and Services prices are for labour only
Rest assured, no new parts will be added unless we agree beforehand.
To keep the cost of replacement parts as reasonable as possible I source from trusted suppliers and at the best prices available at the time.
You of course can supply parts if you have them and I am happy to fit for you.
